What time is check in / Check out?

Check in is usually 4pm and check-out is normally 10am. However, you can request late check out (12noon) upon booking for an extra cost £20. We will always try and be as flexible as possible if you are unable to arrive and leave at normal times.  

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change and we will always try and accommodate you first of all. In the event of a cancellation the booking deposit will be retained. We will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, a discretionary re-payment of any further payments maybe considered. Should we fail to re-let the property 50% of the balance will be retained if cancelling at least 7 days before arrival dates and 100% of the balance will be retained if cancelling within 7 days of check in. can we bring pets

As much as we love pets, we do not accept pets in our villa.

Check in/Out process / Contact in case of any issues

It is a self check in property - we will share with you the check in details a few day before your arrival.

Our property manager is on call 24/7 - we will share her contact before your arrival day.
